Terms & Conditions Stringsound

Stringsound takes great pride in packing your order to ensure the product arrives to its destination in top condition. If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tonedexter-europe.com (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 7 pm UTC+1)

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders will ship within 3-5 business days, subject to payment verification (when stock is available). Orders processed on the weekend will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or Holidays.

Shipping and handling fees depend upon to which country the product needs to be shipped to.

Warranty – Stringsound products are warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship. The warranty period is 1 year after purchase. Our liability under all warranties, express or implied, shall be limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. Please contact Stringsound at info@stringsound.eu if you feel there is a warranty issue.

Stringsound is not responsible for damage done by the customer.

Domestic Customers
*Product shall not be returned without advance authorization from Stringsound. To receive advance authorization, please contact us at info@tonedexter-europe.com.

In case of authorized return shipment refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.

We cannot accept COD returns.
